Well, here we are in the middle of April, and in this corner of the world, it's been snowing and frigidly cold for the past 36 hours. This
should be the time of year when we start gearing up for camping, but Mother Nature is just not feeling up to snuff, I'm afraid. Spring
will be here some day (we think it will show up in June, at the rate things are going right now

), but boy, the waiting is hard.
While we're waiting for Mother Nature to feel better, I'm going to gather some pictures together and share them with you, to help remind you and help you hold onto the fact that there
is a season other than winter, and that it
will get here.

The pictures I have in mind were taken several years ago - long before this virtual campground was even thought of - and I thought you might like to see how things have changed in some areas we've been to. For example, Coffee Creek (near our favorite BC camping spot, Birch Grove Campground) doesn't look like much now, but ten years ago - before a log-jam high up the mountain came crashing down - it was really something.
So, if you haven't already been doing it, start watching this virtual campground for new content. In fact, why not subscribe? You'll be notified via email each time I've been here; considering how busy everyone is, these, days, wouldn't it be much more convenient to know right away?

Have a great Sunday, folks, and remember: Spring will get here - it's just taking a little longer than anyone wants it to, is all.
